Arborfield Tithe Apportionment Map 1839

This is a facsimile of a note-book from the Rev. Peter Ditchfield, Rector of Barkham and a well-known local historian. The notes seem to have been used for a Berkshire Archaeological Society field-trip, at a date unknown, but probably before 1922, since it seems that Beatrice Simonds had access to them for her History written on behalf of the Women's Institute in that year. The note-book, which also contains information about Wokingham's history, is deposited in Reading Local Studies Library.
